Apple isn&#8217;t supposed to unveil the new phone  for a few months, but someone <a href=\"http:\/\/gizmodo.com\/5520164\/this-is-apples-next-iphone\">supposedly  lost it in a bar in Redwood City, Calif.<\/a>, and Gizmodo&#8217;s owner Gawker  Media <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/heres-apples-next-iphone-2010-4\">seems  to have bought it from whoever found it<\/a>. So, there&#8217;s no doubt  Apple&#8217;s aggressive legal department will be all over this one. (The  company considers it &#8220;stolen,&#8221; plugged-in <a href=\"http:\/\/daringfireball.net\/linked\/2010\/04\/19\/gizmodo-rumors\">Daring  Fireball writer John Gruber says<\/a>.)
